Priority Order

Need your order sooner? Add our Priority Order service to your cart and we'll prioritise your order ahead of our standard production queue.

Our standard production time is 1-2 weeks. By purchasing Priority Order, your order will be prioritised and produced within 2-3 business days before being dispatched.

Important Information

• Priority Order must be purchased at the same time as your order.
• If added after your order has already been placed, your order will only be prioritised from the time the Priority Order is purchased.
• Priority Order speeds up production only. It does not include same-day, overnight or expedited courier delivery.
• Once your order has been dispatched, courier delivery times remain the same.

Exclusions

Priority Order Processing is not available for the following products:

• Handmade Crochet Collection
  
• Any other products specifically marked as Not Eligible for Rush Orders

These items require additional production time and cannot be prioritised.

Before You Purchase

If you're unsure whether your selected products qualify for the Priority Order, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to confirm eligibility and help ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Custom Designs

If your order includes a custom design or artwork approval, production will only begin once your design has been approved.

To avoid delays, please approve your design proof as soon as possible. Any delays in responding or approving your artwork may extend your production time.

Production Delays

While we do everything possible to meet our promised turnaround times, unexpected circumstances such as prolonged power outages or other events beyond our control may occasionally affect production.

If this happens, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Courier Information

Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's delivery network and timeframes.

While we carefully package and dispatch every order on time, Little Wildflower cannot be held responsible for courier delays once your parcel has left our premises.
