ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

  • My production time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Once your order is ready, delivery takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Need your order sooner? Rush orders are available for an additional R200.
  • As each item is made to order just for you, I do not keep ready-made stock.
  • Please note that during load shedding, delays may occur, which are unfortunately beyond my control.
  • During peak periods such as holidays, special occasions (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), and sales, production time may extend to 7–10 business days to ensure the highest quality.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • I offer nationwide door-to-door delivery at a flat rate of R99.
  • Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery.
  • Shipping Disclosure
    Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address provided. Should your location incur additional courier charges, we will inform you of these costs prior to dispatch to confirm your acceptance

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours, a reasonable cancellation fee of 30% will apply, determined by factors such as the nature of the goods, the time of cancellation, and any costs incurred up to that point.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • I do accept returns, provided the item meets the return criteria. To start the process, please email me at nadia@littlewildflower.co.za.
  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odours, and pet hair, and must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Little Wildflower.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Please note:
    • Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, not as described, or not suitable for the intended purpose communicated at the time of order.
    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

PAYMENTS

  • I offer instant payment options via PayFast & EFT.
  • If paying via EFT, payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, I cannot reserve unpaid orders.
  • If an EFT payment is made late, production will only begin once payment is received, not from the date of order placement.
  • Unpaid EFT orders will be automatically cancelled.

IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

  • Please ensure all personal and delivery information is accurate when placing your order. While we are not responsible for errors entered by the customer, we are committed to assisting in resolving any issues that may arise
  • I can not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Couriers deliver Monday–Friday during business hours, and I cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates as courier services operate independently.
  • I am not responsible for incorrect details entered at checkout, including misspelled names or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • To ensure timely delivery of your order, please inform me of any specific event dates or required delivery times when placing your order. If no event date or required timeframe is provided, Little Wildflower cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
