FAQ
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
- Production time is 5 - 7 business days. (EXCLUDING weekends)
- Delivery time is 1 - 3 business days. (EXCLUDING weekends)
- Rush orders will be charged at an additional R150.
- Each order is made specifically for YOU. We do not keep ready made stock.
- During loadshedding stages there will be delays. This is unfortunately something that we cannot control.
- During holidays, special occasions (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) and sales, production time may take 7-10 business days. We would rather take a few extra days to ensure quality.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
- Standard Nationwide door to door delivery is available at a flat rate of R99 via Courier Guy.
- Free delivery is applicable to orders over R1000.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?
- Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. If you’re within that time frame, email us at nadia@littlewildflower.co.za.
- A 10% cancellation fee is applicable to cover transaction fees.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- Yes. Returns are accepted. To begin the process, please email us at nadia@littlewildflower.co.za.
- If you need to return or exchange goods purchased from Little Wildflower, they must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odours, animal hair, and returned in the original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Little Wildflower.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days. Little Wildflower does not cover return delivery costs.
- Note: All personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, any/all sale items cannot be returned OR refunded.
PAYMENTS:
- Instant payments available via Payfast & EFT
- In the event that EFT is chosen as a payment option, payment MUST be made within 24 hours of placing your order, as we cannot reserve stock for unpaid orders.
- In the event that EFT orders are paid late, production will only start when we have received the payment and not on the date the order was placed.
- Unpaid EFT orders will regrettably be cancelled if no payment is received.
TAKE NOTE:
- Please ensure that names are submitted with the correct spelling.
- Please ensure that you provide the correct address.
- VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE ensure that you choose correct sizing.
- PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Little Wildflower cannot take responsibility or ensure that anyone is home to accept your parcel.
- Courier Guy delivers during business hours from Monday-Friday.
- We cannot ensure exact delivery dates or times, as Courier Guy is an independent company.
Little Wildflower will not be held liable for incorrect details submitted on order forms. This includes misspelling of names and submitting of incorrect delivery details.
