Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction fees.
  • If you cancel after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction fees and stock processing costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • I accept returns for store credit only. To begin the process, please email nadia@littlewildflower.co.za.
  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains, odours, and pet hair, and must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are accepted at my sole discretion.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note:
    • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
