PRODUCTION TIME
My production time is 1-2 weeks depending on the items ordered.
Once your order is ready, delivery takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

As each item is made to order just for you, I do not keep ready-made stock.
Please note that during load shedding, delays may occur, which are unfortunately beyond my control.
During peak periods such as holidays, special occasions (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), and sales, production time may extend to ensure the highest quality.

To keep your personalised item looking its best, please follow these care instructions:

- Do not iron directly onto the printed design.
- Air dry where possible to help preserve the quality and longevity of your item.
